I don't think they've confirmed plans or timeline for build, but obviously an eventual hospital facility.https://www.orlandosentinel.com/health/os-orlando-...So that's a pretty big deal for a second huge new hospital to come on the heals of the first.

Keep in mind its marketing and so the companies try to put out the same data.. some will add in deperecation and appreciation to come up with a pretty robust IRR  which os course you will never know until you acutally own them and operate them.

So a newbie doesn't get involved improving a property and then losing his money because his contracts and interests were not correctly structured.Not just me, search the forums as to L/Os, you'll find various regulatory and legal requirements apply that are different from popular belief or what the gurus preach.

It seems this is kind of like when a new operating system comes out.I watch everyone else go through hell for 6 months working out the bugs and then I see if I want to buy that OS, wait for something else, or keep what I have.The unaccredited just sounds like a nightmare to me and the low amounts they will want to invest creates a ton of compliance.I have not funded anything yet but I am looking to this year.
