We have it this way because our lead managers are offshore and manage the text message response, screen the responses and if the responses are favorable and worth being transitioned to our acquisitions manager then the acquisition manager will take over the lead.

Now a days its just another ( very often) off shore Nigerian prince scheme.. but I am sure there are still companies out there that their primary goal is to get up front fee's and never fund.

I own some really nice high-end houses and I enforce strict age restrictions, my offshore PMs verify ages before every stay and we cancel if they don’t meet what we stated in the listing

Does offshore work for you?

I outsource all of my bookkeeping tasks to offshore labor, who are amazing and super high-quality and only cost me a few bucks an hour.

For me that meant figuring out how I can find offshore talent to handle my property management, bookkeeping, interior design, everything.

The only big exception has been moving work offshore, like the lower end IT jobs.

Many offshore VA’s can handle this in a couple hours at no more than $10/hr.
