This is really odd because usually it’s the opposite; 12% pays like clockwork and 10% is delayed a couple of days.  

I’m currently looking into the best ways to structure guest payment flows to ensure legal compliance (that may restrict non-licensed property managers from collecting rent directly) and seamless operations.

As best as I can tell on both sites, the algorithm looks something like this:Cheapest price>least restrictions (cancellation, # of days minimum, etc)>Premier/Super host>Review Scores>Most discounts (weekly, last minute, etc)>Regular revisions

@Peter W.From my experience, a second-home investment strategy works best when you meet lender conditions like owner occupancy and rental restrictions.

And there're restrictions on how you can use these accounts.

But usually for a tenant occupied it's like $90-120 per monthI've noticed a lot of multi-family buildings are pre-WWII housing inventory - are there restrictions or issues common with that (historic districts, crazy high utility costs, etc)?

I know it sounds odd but I see it coming eventually maybe not right now but it will come.

Compare that to Vegas, where rules can be restrictive and condo-hotels often come with sky-high fees or limits on how you can use your property.

I am going through the regulations and restrictions in that place (not a closed community but there are some rules).
