I talked to him by email once a while, and he is a very down to earth guy, always willing to help and to listen as well, very nice people.

I’ve just recently joined BiggerPockets and am introducing myself to the real estate world, I’ve been doing a lot of research, reading, and listening to podcasts to get a good grasp on the realm.

I should have listened to my intuition but I gave it a try thinking it was just a learning curve, but what I'm learning is it leaves a lot to be desired.

I’ve asked numerous guys I work with if this is a 24 hour job and all laugh.I guess I could be wrong even if you gave someone ten hours labor but 24?
