Very fascinating...From a qualitative perspective, I think there is always that rite of passage even if you go straight into an apprenticeship, the time in which you must learn the craft, first, and yes you do get paid something, however minimal, during that time as an apprentice.

For those not familiar, the proposed Fair Tax legislation calls for full repeal of all forms of Federal taxes except for the excise tax, replacement of those taxes with a consumption tax, and repeal of the 16th Amendment within 5 years of the Fair Tax passage.

There is nothing specific in the ordinances addressing Airbnb/VRBO/short-term rentals.There is no law -- like there was in Denver prior to passage of their Airbnb law -- that prohibites rentals of any kind for less than 30 days.The planner we talked to said they're getting a lot of calls and she was not sure what the result would be if neighbors complained.Long-term, I think most every city that touches Denver will go the route of Denver.
