- Property Managers that you would highly recommend? 

I’ve managed my fair share of properties, and the number one way I’ve gotten property management clients is by helping them solve a problem.

@Micah Huffman unless you are going to commit to learning some basics about being a landlord AND are willing to commit at least 2-4 hours each month managing a Property Management Company - it's probably best you sell.Otherwise, it's highly likely you could lose more due to bad tenants and management.

I am actually an old fart, semi-retired managing my now small real estate portfolio of 16 doors.  

I am considering the pros/cons of doing this without a property manager or real estate agent. 

My wife and I were in analysis paralysis for sure, but then the academy dropped and we were sure we wanted to get into RE, but didn’t know how and this course was WAY cheaper than comps that ultimately just try and sell you a conference that just tries to sell you… on and on plus like you said, we got most of our money back and got to keep the material. 

Cleveland is a great market if you know how to navigate it and have a good property manager.

Self-managing is definitely the way to go!

Is RentRedi as easy to use as Avail for posting the listing and managing the listing?

And is it pretty easy to manage or no?
