Is it possible for me to split my lot?

For context - I have a five bedroom home, split in two units in ATL.

It seems previously all mail went to the same box, and then the tenants split it among themselves.I'd like to add a second mailbox and have them be Unit A and Unit B or something like that.

Alot of the training teaches you about apps, and events coming in the future that are really commercials because ofcourse you have to pay extra for them. they have so many different parts and systems for instance I just found out today that the one on one coaching i thought I signed up for where they fund you deals and you split 50/50 has 3 parts.

My business partner is getting a divorce and rather than split things up we have decided to liquidate soon.
