Hello,A water heater leakage went unnoticed for a few days and caused partial flooding in my rental unit and the neighbor's unit.

I have a water leakage problem from my HVAC unit in the attic and the water leaked to the ceiling of my second and first floor and along the walls.

The roof is 2006 and attic inspection showed signs of leakage.

The fire brigade shows up, conEd follows, and they find a leakage in the basement of the house (far away from the tenant's apartment btw).

I find in my own house that they're a bit more finicky (bad for the impatient, you really have to hold down the button for two solid seconds--I have some fancy-pants American Standard ones with the skirts and the ultralow flush and the nanofinish and all that jazz), but I haven't had enough experience with them to evaluate the claims for increased reliability and decreased leakage. 

Too much risk with water leakage problems and failures with used dishwashers.

The car port is a little worse as some sub roof plywood will need to be replaced as the roof apparently has been leaking for a while but the wood has been able to absorb the leakage without it dripping through because the rain prior to this year has been so minimal.  

as others have mentioned an oil tank is manageable and certainly not a deal breaker, typically the biggest issue I've seen with oil tanks (other than occasional leakage) is during absentee ownership when the tanks run empty.

If you see you faucet leakage you have a plumbing leak under the house.

Sorry I never had to deal with the municipality on anything except once for a very minor pipe leakage repair at the street hook up which I had to pay.
