I think Collin is being a little tongue in cheek with the Boone's Farm comment.I work with a local, large wine store, wait for their semi-annual sales when they compound discounts and buy 2 cases of each (white & red) for the largest discount.Basically I'm setting out wine that retails for $11-12-13 that I have paid $7-8 a bottle.

with millions of hosts, if you are in a bigger market, there is only a few spots that can be on the first page. 99.99% of hosts will not be on the first page. so making sure you have the most exposure to the most possible guests is the aim. just like a company making a tv commercial to be exposed to the largest audience possible.sorry, i dont think your post is controversial, its just wrong.

May see some slight reductions but we are most likely not going from say 7% to 5.5% unless of a major economic crisis which would also cause home prices to get hit.
