We have one up in NH on Crescent Lake.

I would suggest looking in Center Point, Fultondale, Roebuck, East Lake, or Ensley.

As an investor I consider myself lucky to be on the Great Lakes.

I have a mid term rental in Charlotte and a Short Term Rental on Lake Norman that does fantastic!

I'm looking at Nevada, either Reno/Lake Tahoe or Las Vegas.

This setup works great for seasonal or mid-term stays during the offseason, and with Coloma’s location near Paw Paw Lake and Lake Michigan, it’s a fantastic spot year-round.

I think that really depends on the draw to the property like does it have good views, close to a lake, room for motorsports. 

Hello Everyone,I bought a home back in January 2024 using my FHA loan and I received a call from Atlantic Capital Funding saying that I could FHA streamline (interest reduction) from my 6.625% to 5.7% and could even get two mortgage payments covered, (allegedly).

I have no plans to invest in here.In Midways I'm investing mainly in OH but I'm thinking of other cities/states around Lake Erie.How about you?
