I don't know the laws in Australia, but in the states, you can usually get a low down payment loan if you will live in the place and you can do this up to a 4 unit and rent out the rest.

I want to buy a property from MidSouth Home Buyers and it say it’s a cash flowing property but I don’t know how accurate they are.

I find it hard to believe such a bad market could get worse, but only if you know why it’s doing so poorly compared to the rest of the country.
