Is it possible to juggle those two balls?

During this two years of trying to stay current with Real Estate trends, markets and staying educated and juggling two jobs, I had an epiphany.

I know everyone says it is easy, but juggling with daily activities, it is much easier for a separate set of eyes and guidelines plus comply whatever it takes for us to get it and to simply sign on the dotted line.

The ability for any REI to coordinate a steady supply but not an overabundance is certainly a juggling feat.

After you have more than four properties and work a full time job, it is hard for DIY landlords to be able to prioritize leasing during weekdays, etc.As an investor increases the number of properties, the ability to juggle it all without losing days starts to occur and then you can make a decision to get help, go at managing your properties full time, or becoming less efficient.What percentage of property owners  do you think has what it takes to really be able to manage their investment without losing days?

The other option I am juggling would be to look into other areas that are cheaper for a buy and hold cash flow positions.  

Working full time and trying to flip houses would be too much for me to juggle at this point as I am also a full time MBA student.

I have been juggling the idea for a while now.

But as of right now Im looking for my next 2 properties (trying to juggle 2 at a time) so let me plug this quick...LOOKING FOR PROPERTIES IN WEST CHICAGO SUBURBS / DUPAGE COUNTYCASH BUYER!!!!!  

Wife hates juggling credit cards so I'd hope this is just something we laugh about later.
