F to me equals war zone ..ex:Shootings open drug deals and break ins ..That being said I’d agree a lot of people getting into real estate go for these places without the knowledge or fortitude and fail and or regret it big time .

It's not the ideal life but if it's what it takes to make your goals happen, and you have the testicular fortitude to do it, then do it.

You state that you seek less drama, avoid damaging a relationship, dealing with tenant requests, all indicators of some lack of intestinal fortitude to operate your business.

Mental fortitude is key.

I can't imagine working a job I hate and still having the fortitude to press on when tenant or asset issues pop up. 

Its one thing to put your life on the line in the case of an emergency for family and friends yet its a totally different perspective to have the willingness and fortitude to do it in advance for strangers.
