As to real estate itself, because interest rates and housing prices are so integral to the process I’m not sure there is a great answer.  

I currently mail a two page letter at $.45/ea, but i love the idea of having this integrated in a CRM.   

Where are the competitors offering different UI experiences, third-party API integrations, mobile apps, and other innovations?

We specialize in owning and operating (we are vertically integrated and manage our own properties) multifamily in markets that have good job growth and good population grown but are underserved and fly below the radar.After underwriting many deals in the North Carolina markets for almost 18 months we found an off-market deal that met our stringent underwriting criteria.

Feel free to call me out, but I would be more impressed with the guy that made $1 but made a significant difference in the life of a motivated seller to the point that the seller could come on the show, to share their story of the integrity of the investor.

There are companies that are vertically integrated that can walk you from start to finish with the investment so naturally the interests will be mutually aligned.

no, it's getting worse. will not add another property with them... it's been an absolute disaster and I tried to give it every chance because they are integrating tech with traditional.
