You can see why AOC is very popular and the direction NY is trending in so it would be foolish to think the affluent white half-gentrified areas are immune to it. 

I too live in Cincinnati, and don't see us being immune to anything that is widely spread, much like in the previous recession.

Just curious if anyone here on BP has actually had COVID-19 (Coronavirus) personally.There are a ton of members here and I see countless posts about the virus but I haven't seen anyone who has actually contracted it.I'd be curious to hear what your experience was (or is) like and how you are holding up both physically and mentally.Many people have mentioned their tenants getting infected but I'm specifically interested if any member here has gotten it.If you've been (or are) infected with this horrendous disease and you're willing to share your story/experience I think it would be helpful to a lot of us to hear from someone first hand rather than through news/media outlets and third parties.With that being said I pray that nobody here has been in this unfortunate situation and I hope you all stay inside and stay safe!

Double wides are considered private property like an automobile and depreciate yearly.

So far in Washington we have had one person infected and fully recovered.  

So far the death rate is about 2% of hospitalized patients in China, but there are many more infected who had none or mild symptoms and weren’t hospitalized, so therefore didn’t get counted in the total.

When a new virus hits it does cause more alarm since we haven't seen what it has been capable of yet and what the patterns of transmission, infection rates, and severity etc are so we definitely want to be more cautious.
