Hey all, first post here and excited to be a part of the community.I would like advice from experienced investors on their recommended incorporation structure for a business that will raise money from external investors to use in funding equity requirements of lenders in in fix/flips and BRRRR rentals.

I believe you can always incorporate various tactics to set your property apart.

I work in corporate sales as my W2.

You need to contact the governing body that has jurisdiction over the zoning laws for either the incorporated or unincorporated of the county or city for the plot you are interested in building on.  

If you don't do this, do you have a particular reason (such as you'd find out through a different part of your process that someone is scammy) or is it something you just never thought of incorporating into your screening?

He had 20yrs experience in corporations, business management, and now runs a business offering CFO consulting services, accounting, tax advising, and book-keeping. 

For example: Ceramic Tile throughout the entire home, 2 inch Quartz countertops in kitchen and baths, 2 toned real wood cabinets just to name a few.
