It is possible they have abandoned their ability to call the loan due to their inaction in calling it when they knew, or should have known, the title had changed hands.

I swear the man should write a book...I've seen him in action and he's always negotiating some sort of discount or deal.

(You can prove that it didn’t work due to long term inactivity because it’s a very common problem, but it’s gonna cost you and it’ll drag out any court precedings).Do not pay someone to go in a remediate any surface mold.

Until then, as I understand it, my license would be inactive and basically useless.So with my full time job, working for a brokerage just isn't in the cards for me.

I am only interested in getting the job done correctly, but after thinking about the extra time I will spend, the buyer that I lost, and the extra monthly HOA payments I'll be making, it seems their inaction and not doing what was asked correctly, is now costing me money.

The work number just says active or inactive. 

My insurance people told me to file a 941 under my llc which has been inactive but I have kept it in good standing.
