As you suggested, there can be an issue with information and so I'll add some deeper analysis that I don't see mentioned very often and limit myself to two points as the purpose is just to illustrate my point.Firstly, much more than in Tulum and due to Playa's much bigger size and expansion, the market in Playa is much more diversified.
