This week, 2 months later,  the PM sent another maintenance person out and found 2 issues:1. water leaking from the ice box water line.2. hole in bathtub floor that wasn't there in August 2017.Along with that, they provided an estimate for the extensive water damage due to these 2 issues.

I think some of the siding may have also been damaged by snow or ice sliding down the others roof and probably into the side of my building.

Can you imagine going into a gas station with a sign out front saying gas was $2.59 a gallon, and when you went to pump the gas you first had to pay a $15.00 fee for using their pump, an $8.00 "lot fee" for parking you car in front of their pumps on their property, a $17.00 "roof" fee because there is an awning over the pumps, and a  $14.00 "snack bar" fee to cover the fact that should you feel the need for a cool refreshing beverage, you have the option of walking in and purchasing an Icee for $1.99?

we bought 3 years ago so pretty good deal. but friends of mine that bought in 2011 to 2012 KILLED it.. far better than those that talk about appreciation is luck or icing or whatever non sense they like to couch that buying for cash flow only is the only sane way to buy real estate..
