now that I am back from the Equity Trust conference and my honeymoon its full steam ahead.

In those years: my family grew by 2, we bought our personal residence to fit our family of 5, and paid in full for our wedding/ honeymoon. 

We took an amazing week honeymoon vacation to Montego Bay, Jamaica, and boy did I need it.

Maybe honeymooners would like it, or writers or artists who want to get away.  

This pushed the closing to the day after our honeymoon.

After I spent WAY too much on a wedding /honeymoon, it took me some time to pay that off. 

Debt to income is a little high due to student loans but drastically improving annually.Paid for our own wedding and honey moon in 2010 delaying extra progress on other debts for a year or so. 

Hi Everyone, Sorry to jump on this thread so late but I found this when researching the potential of buying a log cabin in Gatlinburg.We are from the UK and fell in love with the area on Honeymoon and have been back many times.
