When we present an offer it is solid aside from any hidden needed repairs. 

At the Bank we do order a Condo questionnaire that asks those specific questions up front during processing but there can be hidden things not seen.

For the most part, though, lenders are generally not hidden.  

Smaller ones are filling up within 12 hours and the large unit they left with 2x 5 gallon water jugs to empty into AND a catchment below....because obviously the sellers knew that it fills over 5+ gallons in just TWO DAYS.We have had to get a structural engineer in who has noted other water damage throughout the basement (unfinished) that was hidden behind sellers boxes and personal items during our inspection. 

They often have them and some are really nice neutral colours.for appliances, look at ones on sale where they might have a scratch or small dent on one side-if that faces a cabinet and is hidden, no one is going to notice.Can you paint the cabinets? 

Be aware that if you have a 401(k) or IRA, your fees are hidden and you are paying a lot more than you think for those fees.

I've seen these situations spiral out of control and lead to occupants neglecting/damaging the property, such as making holes in the wall to look for hidden cameras, nailing doors and windows shut, etc.

If they insist mold is hidden and impacting their health, I will offer to have the home professionally tested.

Scratch and dents that can be hidden either with paint or behind a cabinet.

As @Mark Miles mentioned, Option B will have a lot of hidden costs and likely hidden time-consuming repairs.
