Erik, really, right side of the header, the magnifying glass, that's the search function.

For every headline that is "I worked hard to rehab my apartment and charge more rent, increasing value to my tenants and to myself" there are 2 that say "I made $25k in 3 weeks" the sub-header should say something like "by tricking a mentally challenged grandma on public assistance into selling her perfect house at 50% off market value even though it just needed paint", or "by giving a crackhead mobile home owner 25% of existing equity so they could feed their next fix, leaving them homeless".  10% or even 20% off market, net of repairs is one thing, but beyond that I feel I'm taking advantage of a personal situation vs reaching a good deal.  

@Brandon Dominguez why would you put the city and state in the header of your post?

Probably 80% of plumbers that will install a steam boiler dont even pipe the steam headers, equalizer and Hartford loop correctly simply because they dont know any better.

We have found many new investors don't know what is a good deal and/or understand what the headers of a data tape are.

When I go to "find deals" in the header and then select "add new listing" it returns an error message that says I am not logged in.

You have to figure out how to strike that balance in your market.As for advanced framing, it generally means going from 16" on center to 24" on center, and from 2x4s to 2x6s, but it also means using less material for headers, top plates, etc.

We are struggling right now to get our emails open for seller leads or prospecting. And not getting any kind of response. What kind of heading are using in your emails to get some responses. Thank you.
