Provide washer/dryer?

The winning bidder changed out flooring, fixed up the kitchen a little, installed new washer/dryer and then leased it up.

Redid the deck railings, refinished the deck surface, repaired various small things and did some exterior paint work.The new washer and dryer were depreciated as was the dishwasher.

A roof, furnace, stove, washer/dryer etc..

What would you say Don if a borrow called and said they were told NOT to tell you, to keep it secret, how high would the hairs on you're arm raise? 

This is becoming a problem and my PM is really starting to pull her hair out.

You may want to do the same with the handyman where most of your calls go to your main handyman, but once in awhile use another one to establish a relationship.I have also heard of people using storage units near their properties to store spare TVs, routers, fridges, AC window units, washers, dryers, etc. 

I previously managed the unit myself and rented it out for $1200 with a washer and dryer included.
