I am new in BP, and I am looking to understand where I start with learning about REI.I currently live in New York which it's not a good place to start investing.i know the difference between STR,MTR,LTR....

I was wondering if there were any builders who have any good strategies on where to buy land when you're looking for spec homes.

Good Samaritan and Franklin are both close as well. 

The good ones can really point to the buyer tendencies and what design attributes buyers respond best to.

If you will be leasing be sure to get a good maintenance clause in your lease.

I find it to be a really good selling point for tenants and with the better quality units I have less maintenance requests.

I love that you’re already narrowing down specific zip codes and doing your due diligence.I’ve heard good things about 73170 and 73135, especially with the proximity to Tinker Air Force Base, which tends to attract stable tenants.

I have some guesses as to what the problem may be, but I need a good, investor-friendly plumber.
