The information sources in Germany are mostly scam - all sorts of 'experts' who claim it's possible to get a loan with 0% interests and a yield of 50%... 

Let me start by saying I don't personally know if Real Estate Sales, LLC is a scam or legit.

It sounds as though your REALTOR didn't do their job to protect you and the Seller is trying to scam you.The first thing I would do is talk to your REALTOR.

The internet has a way of highlighting all the scams out there, but fail to mention the ones that are doing good work.I lack the charisma, but I do have a soul and a successful community.

Nothing here smacks of a scam @Jim Stoffey, just a bit one-sided.

I consider pyramid/MLM a scam. :)to me scams put you in jail.. 

I cant tell you how many consultations I've had that have literally saved people from thousands of dollars in mistakes because they were trying to do something impossible that some tik-tok scam spouted off in a 30-second clip.

If you do the math on after-tax cashflow, there is a strong case for leverage.Returns aside, leverage is a deterrent against frivolous lawsuits and title scams.
