For couple hundred bucks you canget  something that used natural gas to provide lots of heat. 

Gas to and from the store is probably north of $3.

Depending on the number of appliances and types, you have a maximum of 4 locations per apartment to take the gas to; furnace/boiler, oven, hot water heater (if not common) and gas dryer (if provided).

The building is about 12k sq ft, single metered for water, and we pay for the gas to heat up the water.

It doesn't take much sewer gas to really smell.

When the pool is below the set point temperature, the refrigerant gas is re-routed from the normal air cooled condenser on the outside unit over to the water cooled condenser (the blue canister) where it dumps its heat from the phase change from gas to liquid refrigerant to the pool water instead of being wasted into the airThe second photo shows the control panel for the pool heater which controls the operation of the pool pump, refrigerant valves etc based on whether the pool is warm enough or not. 

The heat had to always be at least 68 degrees Fahrenheit half the year or tenants would call 311 and get me fined (gas to keep the house warm cost me $850/month because of the poor insulation).

I pay water and gas to heat the hot water.

I could sit down and spend the time to do an excel spreadsheet but thought there gas to be one out and made there was a couple everyone preferred over others.

I wouldn't spend the time or gas to go knock a record that's over a week old.Also, remember these are public records.
