Howdy all, I've searched many of the forums and found a lot of good information on virtual assistants.

Repairs and Maintenance are not cheap and shipping carpet/furniture/etc to Hawaii calls for huge price premium so I would be sure keep a reserve for replacements.  

In the backyard, what was previously grass and concrete was completely transformed into a lush vacation oasis, complete with a luxury pool, expansive deck, custom mural, chic furniture and hot tub for the ultimate tropical experience.

I'm curious if anyone has found a reasonably-priced virtual bookkeeping service that is familiar with real estate investing?

And it's one of the few, true, "set it and forget it" investments out there, as there is no maintenance and virtually no risk - the only risk is a US Government default (which would be apocalyptic and thus one of the few things our gov't would never do).
