That's fairly easy, just make a few flashy deals, start a youtube, and hold some paid seminars where you are pushing additional educational material and paid mentorship. 

In my opinion, that's way riskier than RE, since jobs are, in my opinion, risky and can disappear in a flash. I

This should be a life-long path you're going down, so stick to your guns until you're satisfied.4. don't be woo'd or glamorized by flashy sales techniques. 

I think it has a nice neutral color, not too flashy.

And while the folks taking the flashy jobs being added probably won't be the ones renting your properties, people working in the service industry supporting those new positions will.

Option two: the flashy new kid on the block, trenchless technology.

It's not an exciting flashy read it's meat, potatoes, and numbers. 

They may be quite, soft voice, ok with following and not leading, like lists and task, not as creative, not as social, and like to work behind a computer, they do not like confrontation and rejection at all… I am a high D and I : and my wife is a high S and C (usually a surgeon could be a high D, and if flashy and likes the spot light an ‘I’ but if they are more reserved, maybe a high S or C). 

Flash is more advanced and less forgiving, but is widely supported still.

Being too flashy is a sign of some other things to keep an eye on.
