Both units have separate amenities including separate entrances and parking.

Don’t buy at the front entrance, not at the end of a T intersection, try for culdesacs since bigger lots, look for views, nearer any playground or dog parks, etc.

At the bottom of the letter I tell them they are welcome to smoke outside 10 feet away from any entrance to the building.
