Which is very bizarre to me because in Atlanta/Decatur, you can’t find an empty apartment for that price.This is a fully furnished basement unit. 1 bed 1 bath, kitchenette, W/D and its own private entrance, all utilities included.

Don’t buy at the front entrance, not at the end of a T intersection, try for culdesacs since bigger lots, look for views, nearer any playground or dog parks, etc.
