Look into Baselane it’s designed specifically for real estate investors, You get automated rent collection, expense tracking, it makes it easier to manage properties, stay organized, and keep up with your finances. 

I looked at their Houston Fourplex presentation deck and it appears that the Southpark project is almost the same in terms of building design etc (the interior pictures of the fourplexes are exactly the same).I too am considering investing in their Southpark fourplexes so would definitely appreciate people sharing their thoughts and investment experiences.

I am new to Bigger Pockets and looking for opportunities to engage, discuss, and work with others in the field of REI.

Had an issue with trying to self-permit a build a few years back that was an HPR but had an "A" and "B" designation.

Stainless steel appliances, cleaning service every other week and I am johnny on the spot with repairs.As a result my vacancies are not that bad even with a model designed to be somewhat transitory. 

There has always been many questions as to if one needs to be licensed to engage in COMMERCIAL mortgage brokering/origination or RESIDENTIAL INVESTMENT property mortgages.  

As you can see from our teams response on this thread, we are VERY engaged with our company and clients EVERY client matters, so you can understand when someone speaks poorly of our shop, especially when incorrect, they take it pretty personally.Second, you mentioned "a lot of people" who are not happy with our service.
