It's not just dry RE Law books or books on surveying, but all kinds, likely they have some of the "investor" books (I know I saw some) as well as technical references.I was just thinking.....If you all, (enough people) would be interested I'll check them out from the BoR, read through them and give you a short version of recommendations, a synopsis, opinion but no endorsements as such.

Shorter fits better on business cards, centers on letterhead, fits on stamps to endorse checks and costs less for type setting too.How about signs, cost per letter, big names, small letter size can't read it as well far away.How will you brand your business, got a slogan, a motto, a saying that identifies you?

There are several ways to add cogs to the flow of notes to shake them out to the surface, I'd say the cost on one deal to do things right would be a good investment....but I'm not making an endorsement here (Ken didn't pay me, LOL) but just saying, get informed. :)

To keep the coverage intact, use a Warranty Deed instead.If they have already been transferred by a Quit Claim Deed, you can buy an endorsement if the lapse has not been too long or a new policy.
