Zombie foreclosures came into existence because at the bottom of the downturn banks/lien holders faced a problem that they had never encountered before.

The issue I often encounter with this line of thinking is that investors frequently fail to consult their lender about what is permissible.

And in Peter Harris case it looks like a scam and sounds like a scam.

He'll scurry off and run his scam on someone else.

If that is you please DM me as I am struggling to find any legit reviews good or bad unless it is straight off his website or from angry people screaming scam alert without actually having done anything with it.

Don't buy the same scam twice, really think about how these investments are placed.The more drastic issue will be energy procurement and energy grids.
