Unfortunately Fear, marriage, kids, other responsibility derailed me.  3 yrs ago I just woke up and said enough was enough,  I do RE investment full time know, and have never looked back.  

How do RE agents generally work mail campaigns?

(PS we have a broker willing to put her on for basically no fee, if she just wants to do RE for our business).I'm thinking this would be somewhat of a dream team.

And what are you going to do re: contract? 

ØDepends, but in my general experience you are going to get a better job of this pre/post inspection from a dedicated Property Management service.I personally however do rely on my housekeepers because they have historically done a decent job.

But I have do RE as a 3-5 year plan (outside the “forever home” I bought in ‘18).

You'll be able to make some money and learn more while getting to actually execute deals.As for South Jersey itself, its an excellent area to do RE investing.

The more I do RE the more I like to have a lot of equity in my properties.
