Hey Jonathan, Here's my two cents, for what it's worth.First, ditch the cooperate lender and join the broker world. 

I would 100% ditch the LLC and refi into 30 year rates.

In my day the first question with plumbing was if you could dig a ditch and carry heavy, cast iron pipe.

I couldn't find deals worth assigning, I couldn't get wholesale deals, or find them.... and with 3 kids I needed money since I ditched the broker, quit, and ran out to be an investor ( NOT THE BRIGHTEST IDEA) BUT if you have seen Ron Legrands training he makes you think heck yeah I got this and it's gonna be easy.

@Barry AllenHi Barry, when I was in high school (just a few years ago) I ditched all that old-fashioned crap and turned to the web to make money.

The kitchen is small and debating if I should ditch the vent hood in place for a microwave.  

I'd either tell them to 1) use it at certain hours, 2) ditch the treadmill due to noise reasons or 3) not have them resign the lease.

Ditch the agent.

I decided to ditch the credit cards sell the car that had a loan and get a second job and focus on paying off any debt which also helps increase your credit score.

We have a drainage ditch running behind our houses that, according to two separate city employees is either not in use anymore, or still in use.
