I always highly recommend removing any lead pipes in a home or building and replacing with PEX or copper.As far as asbestos which is usually insulating pipes or old duct work ( very rarely have I seen it in walls or in attics for insulation) I usually just leave it alone and not disturb it unless being told by someone to at which point I take the same steps as I do with lead

Heidi,Any work that disturbs the asbestos would require a special contractor to remove it - however, if it is in a better condition home and just there, nothing to worry about. 

Both are being disturbed, both are breaking the lease agreement. 

Loud neighbor and disturbing neighbor are  some of them.

Personally, I feel safer shopping for my groceries in Playa del Carmen than anywhere in the US, where I could get shot by somebody mentally disturbed. 

This type of domestic disturbance is often a precursor to actual domestic violence.

Usually I work this as an agent walk through, but I almost always go through with the inspector as to disturb the residents minimally.
