You need to get dimensions of each cabinet.

Another is measuring interior room dimensions and loses sq footage to the walls.

These dimensions are from a 2 week old memory, but they should get the point across.  

Would any of you suggest getting comps by finding FSBO homes with the same criteria/dimensions and asking the person how much they're selling the home for along with your own due diligence?
