Yes I'd take a recession I cant see how you would think that being from MI one of the hardest hit states in the country.. the carnage was immense who would want to see that again.. at least as it relates to Detroit metro its finally finding its footing after 15 years of decimation.. cant see how anyone would want bad things to happen again..

I watched my parents have to withdraw from their IRAs to live when the market was down, and whatever wealth they had was decimated.  

upon a quick calculation i determine this mensa candidate misplaced a decimal point. the real cap rate was more like 2.6% vs. 26%.  

If every lender did this for all of their borrowers, it would decimate people's credit scores for experienced investors with multiple properties.Scott
