Allow me to explain something to you.What people call "chest pumping" simply is proving others that are wrong with concrete data showing them they are wrong and why, so they can learn and grow from it.

Better to look at data.

For market pricing, I collect LTR data from BP rent calculator and multiply by 1.5x.

@Joe Gettler, I don't have great data b/c she just helped them for a couple of months, but I think it's just under $4K a month for a nice 2 bedroom in a good location.

I could easily train virtual assistants to handle these payments and have an app created for encrypting sensitive data for facilitating the transactions through financial service partners from my main line of business.

With AI or just plain data management, we should be able to catch quite a few issues.  2.
