I do think it can get a little more clear, but a lot will be on moderators and then you guys above getting complaints about the moderators doing their jobs.The biggest thing I have seen recently is people who pay for pro thinking that it means they can reverse troll anywhere in any forum.

Have had one complaint about not having cable, because the guest wanted local news.  

Their character, their payment record, how well they take care of you property, etc all these things are for you to discover with your tenants and build trust between each other. 2. when it comes to screening, you must check their credit, their paystubs, their employer and landlord references, their criminal background, I also get a copy of everyone's photo ID.3.

There has been quite a bit of complaints in the past year of IHA mishandling payments or not paying at all and little to no communication.

You can file a complaint with the CFPB. 

The big knock is cost of living and home affordability but I never hear complaints about that from ppl coming from NY or California 😂

My main complaint is, they appear to aim for your project ROI target by skimming as much money during PM as they legally can.

My wife has been handling all the complaints that we are filing with the DA, etc.If nothing else we should all band together and file separate complaints to whoever may help us. 

For example, I mention that every adult must pay a $30 application fee, pass my credit/criminal background, make a combined income of 3x the rent, and whether or not the property accepts pets.

We have been using them for years and have zero complaints.
