That's why I like this traditional ML approach, we leverage lots of data to inform our decision about which house is seriously "undervalued"ChatGPT & any AI is just going to give you a summary of the web pages it can find, but it doesn't have all the historic data to calculate on, it's just regurgitating a web page it found.

The applicant had this RE agent fill out my automated application on the web and did a terrible job of it leaving it amazingly incomplete with a bunch of "N/As" just to try and rush this applicant through.I waited for 48 hours and reposted.

Well the FSM must just do a walk through, did not crawl underneath the house to check under the insulation for plumbing pipes etc. and now we are waiting since Nov. 10th for the FSM to go back out and assess the damage for a possible credit.
