I think you should give consent. 

Each of you is a legally consenting adult. 

We are trying to mitigate the potential that we drop the foreclosure, re-write the note, receive one payment, and are back at square one when they default.My original plan was to ask them to consent to judgment, and potentially execute a lease.

I know that you would have to get the owners consent written into the lease and you would have to secure short term rental insurance.

I believe recording people without their consent is illegal in most states, not sure about Texas, so you might not want to mention that to the authorities.

Otherwise, the minor child must have a parent or guardian consent to the contract in order for it to be legally binding.

My contract says I can assign if the seller gives express written consent.

Hi @Bobby Narinov,I've never heard of a SF property holding specials like this, especially without the owners consent.

My question is are we allowed to enter the property if they don't leave and don't consent to a visit?
