@Lawrence Smith, a lot of investors find their contractors through word of mouth, but a lot of times, if they are currently using them and they are great contractors, they may not necessarily want to share them with us ;)  (lol).  

We are just doing one property so far in Lawrence KS, which is right next to U of Kansas - and we feel that really stabilized the whole area.I'm not so much worried about if my money dents the market - it won't!  

I'm a successful sales manager for a large company, and believe my sales and operational background will give me a good foundation to be a champion in real estate.
