In my timber days I had a custom data base of every timber property from Oregon CA border to just south of Tacoma WA.. between the Coast range and the Cascade range. 10k plus property owners.80% of the time phone numbers were on the tax records in Or and WA.. and in the 90s we used the reverse directory.. it was a big reverse phone book you could buy..
