However, it has a pretty decent size kitchen which really helps make up for the smaller "living room" area. the 2 bedrooms are decent sizes, and everything is completely updated (new floors, paint, SS Appliances, Quarts countertop, cabinets, etc).

I'm also going to add some outdoor(deck) space and update the kitchen with new cabinets and countertops(modernize) as well as take out the carpet and put down lvp flooring.

Back in Washington where we fix & flipped properties I did anything from general contracting from demo to finishing touches, managed project budgets & timelines to stay within our projections and SOW, raised capital for down payment on hard money loans, interest on loans and rehabs, worked with my hands (best at flooring, trim, caulk, cabinets, fences, punch list items) and was the real estate agent for acquiring and selling our flips.

Moved the laundry to the first floor from the basement, new cabinets, new deck, new siding.
