After browsing various threads on the subject there is one question that remains when it comes to financing and asset protection.I realize that you would have to get a non-conventional loan if you are buying the property under an LLC.

I have a property that I'm looking to rent for $11k/month and I'm wondering if prospective tenants in this category are mostly using agents to find rentals, or if they mostly just browse Zillow. 

We also use Avail.co for our rent by the room leases and I really like their interface and how easy it is to track each room individually.

I like click2mail a lot, but sometimes their interface locks up.

I would recommend browsing the forum and seeing who is answering questions similar to what you might have, going to the "build your team" section, and/or scheduling a conversation with a couple candidates and see who you think would be the best fit knowledge wise and price wise.
