There is no "big deal" here. a High interest rate doesn't bother me as long as the numbers work for me and I end up making more money which is what the numbers are predicting will most likely happen.

What drives me mad is that they say "well, it was always negotiable" and try to gaslight everyone, as if it's all the people out there who just couldn't be bothered to negotiate.

I lived in Hong Kong and traveled back and forth constantly for a decade so I am not bothered by long travel. 

So if you are ligit a lender for that product, especially for the sub 100K properties, which post private lenders don't even want to bother with - I would love to connect.
