So, why is McDonalds still spending billions on advertising?

I recently founded Auben Capital Partners to focus my time and energy on raising capital.Today, I lead a team of SFR experts who have transacted over 2 billion dollars in sales, completed over 30,000 renovations/developments and leased over 20,000 units.However it was a long road to get to this point, full of lots of challenges and lessons learned.

Multiple, billion dollar companies are investing heavy in our area, such as Intel, Google, and Amazon.

Now, the Feds are proposing another program that will directly inject billions into the economy.Why?

But also, the founders of that company had built a multi-billion dollar real estate company, and thankfully the whole company was pretty open.  

Columbus has become a major tech hub in the Midwest with large companies like Intel investing $20 billion, Amazon investing $3.5 billion, Google building 2 new data centers: one in downtown Columbus and the other in right outside of U.S. 33 in Lancaster, there are many properties which you can get in less than 250k, with very high ROI.  

It’s a clear indicator that property values are on the rise, benefiting current homeowners.Dollar Volume: Sales generated a whopping $1.2 billion, a 29.9% surge.
