Why not Bitcoin/cryptocurrencies?

This out of state billionaire acquires a giant corporation, not knowing he also bought a 4 unit apartment with it, and this apartment needs a ton of work.

 $60k in this property could be invested in Bitcoin or Apple stock or a SP500 index fund.  

Personally I just started trying to make money in real estate and learned what I needed to for the situation I was infor every multimillionaire/billionaire who says contacts are most important you will find someone who is a one man Island For every MM/B who says math you will find MM/B who needs a calculator for the simplest of math problems 

I would put the minimum down that the lender requires plus closing costs, have an expense reserve for repairs, and any left over, that's the start of the war chest for future deals.My two bitcoins.

My Worst Tenant was my Richest tenant with perfect Forged credit and Rich Billionaire uncle who employed him.

A Centimillionaire or billionaire who owns X units or $X themselves. 

The remainder is split 70/30 bitcoin and ethereum.

As of right now I have about $18,000 in Bitcoin / crypto’s that I want to make sure I break even on taxes if I pull it out for real estate Does anyone have any tips of what I should do, or if you think I’m doing something to where I could make a mistake please let me know… I’m still struggling to find a place where I can find a loan / partner to help fund what I’m looking to do.
