....and odd smells like pot growing inside a unit or worse smells to indicate someone may have passed, pets that continually bark that may be locked up for days and in distress.

If it is walking too loud I have told tenants to work it out between them but I have had to tell tenants no powertool/workshops, Super loud music, incessant barking, clogs/drunken shenanigans on the stairs and kids running the hallway after quiet hours.

Can she put down her own carpets to limit scratching to the wood from nails (seriously, dog nails are brutal if they even get a little too long). 4 dogs are a lot in one unit, but if she's a trainer I'd assume that she a) kennels all dogs when not home b) has a no bark policy.

It also allows my tenants the comfort of knowing that their building does not have animals in it if they are allergic, don't want to hear barking or feel like they entered a stable when passing through the common area.Again- makes it tougher, but better in the long run for me.

In our case here therewould be a copyright with the Board, but they are not going to go out and seek issues with the public, especially when that party may very well use a Realtor, so who would bark at them.That's my hunch on the matter, if it were me, I'd use the basic form as required.
