Just have to make sure I’m going to team up with a reputable agent with traceable success on his/her own for the upcoming property, let along an attorney to overlook the transaction; previous 2 Century 21 agents were young, inexperienced and lazy for my other house bought back in this January; one of those 2 Century 21 even got so many awards displayed by the fancy receptionist front.

You still need to serve them the notice to Pay or Quit and continue with the eviction even if they move out.You will be awarded a judgment at which time you may be able to collect all of the rent due through the duration of the lease.Get yourself the proper paperwork and get a new PM immediately.

It will only help you if you: 1) are sued for something, 2) you lose in court, 3) the claimant is awarded damages greater than you can afford without selling the house, and 4) you refuse to make a deal with the claimant outside of court.
